1. من نحن وقبول الشروط

• استوديو النيف (Alnaif Studio)، ويُشار إليه هنا بـ«الاستوديو» أو «نحن»، يصمّم مواقع إلكترونية للأنشطة التجارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• يُقصد بـ«العميل» النشاط التجاري أو الشخص الذي يشتري موقعًا أو خدمة من الاستوديو.
• بسداد الدفعة الأولى أو تأكيد الطلب، يكون العميل قد قبِل هذه الشروط كما هي منشورة في هذه الصفحة.

2. الخدمات ونطاق العمل

• نصمّم موقع العميل ونجهّزه للإطلاق على نطاقه، ونتفق معه على نطاق العمل والسعر وموعد التسليم في المحادثة أو عرض السعر.
• الأسعار في موقعنا أسعار تبدأ منها الباقات، والسعر المعتمد هو ما نتفق عليه مع العميل كتابيًا.
• أي عمل إضافي خارج المتفق عليه نسعّره مستقلًا، ولا نبدأ فيه إلا بعد موافقة العميل.
• إذا اختلف عرض السعر عن هذه الشروط، يُعمل بعرض السعر لذلك المشروع.

3. النماذج التجريبية

• قد نصمّم نموذجًا تجريبيًا لموقع النشاط قبل الشراء ليطّلع عليه صاحبه دون أي التزام، وهو معاينة فقط وليس موقعًا مُسلَّمًا.
• نستخدم في النموذج معلومات النشاط المتاحة للعموم، مثل الاسم والشعار والتقييمات المنشورة.
• يحق لصاحب النشاط طلب إزالة النموذج في أي وقت، ونزيله فور الطلب.
• يبقى النموذج ملكًا للاستوديو ما لم يُشترَ، وقد نوقفه بعد مدة إذا لم يتم الشراء.

4. القوالب وعدم الحصرية

• تُبنى تصاميمنا على قوالب خاصة باستوديو النيف، وقد نستخدم القالب نفسه لعملاء آخرين بمحتوى وهوية مختلفة.
• محتوى العميل وشعاره وصوره تبقى له وحده، ولا نستخدمها لأي عميل آخر.
• التصميم الحصري متاح عند الطلب بتكلفة إضافية نوضّحها في عرض السعر.

5. السعر والدفع والنطاق

• نتفق على سعر الموقع قبل البدء، والباقة الشهرية خدمة اختيارية منفصلة عنه.
• يشمل السعر حجز نطاق واحد باسم النشاط بامتداد معتاد مثل .com أو .net، بسعره المعتاد للسنة الأولى وفي حال توفره. وإذا رغب العميل في نطاق مميز أو معروض للبيع أو أعلى من السعر المعتاد، نوضّح له فرق السعر قبل الشراء ويُضاف إلى المبلغ. ويتولى العميل تجديد النطاق بعد السنة الأولى.
• تُسدَّد الدفعة الأولى (50% من السعر) قبل البدء في العمل، والمبلغ المتبقي (50%) قبل إطلاق الموقع على نطاق العميل، ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك في عرض السعر.
• الأسعار بالريال السعودي، وتُضاف ضريبة القيمة المضافة متى كانت مستحقة نظامًا.
• إذا تأخر السداد، نكمل العمل بعد استلامه.

6. التعديلات والباقة الشهرية

• يشمل السعر جولة تعديل واحدة قبل التسليم النهائي، وما بعدها من تعديلات يُسعَّر لكل تعديل.
• الباقة الشهرية اختيارية، وتشمل ما هو موضّح لها في موقعنا، وتُدفع مقدمًا عن كل شهر، ويمكن إلغاؤها قبل بداية الشهر التالي.

7. التسليم والحسابات

• لا نستضيف مواقع العملاء ولا نحتفظ بنطاقاتهم أو بريدهم، إلا خلال مدة الاشتراك في الباقة الشهرية لمن يختارها.
• عند التسليم، نجهّز الموقع والنطاق والحسابات المرتبطة بهما باسم العميل وفي حساباته الخاصة، وقد ننشئها نيابةً عنه ثم نسلّمه بيانات الدخول، وننصح بتغيير كلمات المرور فور الاستلام.
• بعد التسليم يتولى العميل حساباته ونطاقه واستضافته وبريده وتجديدها، ورسوم مزودي الخدمات بعد السنة الأولى.

8. الملكية

• بعد سداد كامل المبلغ، يملك العميل محتواه وملفات موقعه النهائية.
• تبقى الشيفرة البرمجية لقوالبنا ملكًا للاستوديو، ويحق للعميل استخدامها في موقعه بشكل دائم، دون بيعها أو استخدامها في مواقع أخرى.
• قد يتضمن الموقع إشارة صغيرة «تصميم استوديو النيف» أسفل الصفحة، ونزيلها إذا طلب العميل ذلك.
• لا نعرض موقع العميل ضمن أعمالنا إلا بإذنه.

9. الاسترداد والإلغاء

• إذا أُلغي الطلب قبل البدء في العمل، نردّ الدفعة الأولى كاملة.
• بعد البدء في العمل لا تُسترد الدفعة الأولى، ولا يُسترد ما دُفع بعد إطلاق الموقع.
• رسوم النطاق لا تُسترد بعد حجزه، لأنها تُدفع لجهة التسجيل.

10. ما نحتاجه من العميل

• محتوى صحيح، مثل الأسعار وأوقات العمل وأرقام التواصل، ومراجعته قبل الإطلاق.
• أن يكون له حق استخدام المحتوى والشعارات والصور التي يرسلها لنا.
• الرد على ملاحظاتنا في وقت معقول، وإذا لم تصلنا ملاحظات خلال سبعة (7) أيام من التسليم نعدّ الموقع معتمدًا.

11. المجسمات ثلاثية الأبعاد والخدمات الخارجية

• نستخدم المجسمات ثلاثية الأبعاد والخطوط والصور والأدوات وفق تراخيصها، وقد نستبدل أيًا منها بما يماثله عند الحاجة.
• مجسمات السيارات للعرض فقط، ولا تعني أي ارتباط بشركات السيارات، والعلامات التجارية ملك لأصحابها.
• الخدمات الخارجية، مثل مزودي النطاقات والاستضافة وواتساب، لها شروطها الخاصة، ولا نتحكم في أعطالها أو أسعارها.

12. الخصوصية

• نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• نستخدم بيانات التواصل للرد وتقديم الخدمة فقط، ولا نبيعها لأي جهة، ويحق لأي شخص طلب الاطلاع على بياناته أو تصحيحها أو حذفها.
• قد نستعين بأدوات ذكية في التصميم والمراسلات، ولا يكون أي سعر أو التزام نهائيًا إلا بعد تأكيده كتابيًا من الاستوديو.

13. حدود المسؤولية

• نعمل بعناية ومهنية، لكننا لا نضمن نتائج تجارية محددة مثل عدد العملاء أو المبيعات.
• في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا المبلغ الذي دفعه العميل للخدمة المعنية، ولا تشمل الخسائر غير المباشرة.
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية المحتوى الذي يرسله العميل، ولا النطاق أو الاستضافة أو البريد بعد التسليم.

14. النظام المعمول به

• تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ونحرص على حل أي خلاف وديًا أولًا، فإن تعذّر ذلك فالاختصاص للجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة.
• عند اختلاف النصين العربي والإنجليزي، يُعتمد النص العربي.

15. تحديث الشروط والتواصل

• قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر وننشرها بتاريخها في هذه الصفحة، ولا يتأثر بها ما اتُّفق عليه مسبقًا.

1. Who we are and acceptance

• Alnaif Studio (استوديو النيف), referred to here as “the Studio” or “we”, designs websites for businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• “Client” means the business or person that buys a website or service from the Studio.
• By paying the deposit or confirming the order, the Client accepts these terms as published on this page.

2. Services and scope

• We design the Client's website and prepare it for launch on the Client's domain. Scope, price and delivery date are agreed in the chat or in the quote.
• Prices on our website are starting prices; the price agreed with the Client in writing is the one that applies.
• Any extra work outside what was agreed is priced separately and starts only after the Client approves it.
• If a quote differs from these terms, the quote applies to that project.

3. Demo sites

• We may build a demo of a business's website before purchase so the owner can view it with no obligation. A demo is a preview only, not a delivered website.
• Demos use publicly available business information, such as the name, logo and published reviews.
• The business may ask us to remove its demo at any time, and we will remove it promptly.
• An unpurchased demo remains the Studio's property, and we may take it down after a while if it is not purchased.

4. Templates and non-exclusivity

• Our designs are built on Alnaif Studio's own templates, and we may use the same template for other clients with different content and branding.
• The Client's content, logo and photos stay the Client's alone and are never used for another client.
• An exclusive design is available on request at an extra cost shown in the quote.

5. Price, payment and domain

• The website price is agreed before we start. The monthly plan is an optional, separate service.
• The price includes registering one domain in the business's name with a standard extension such as .com or .net, at its normal first-year price and subject to availability. If the Client would like a premium, resale or higher-priced domain, we will share the price difference before buying it and add it to the total. Renewing the domain after the first year is the Client's responsibility.
• The deposit (50% of the price) is paid before work starts, and the balance (50%) before the site goes live on the Client's domain, unless the quote says otherwise.
• Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). VAT is added where required by law.
• If a payment is late, we continue the work once it is received.

6. Edits and the monthly plan

• The price includes one round of edits before final delivery; further edits are priced per edit.
• The monthly plan is optional, covers what is described for it on our website, is paid in advance each month and can be cancelled before the next month starts.

7. Handover and accounts

• We do not host client websites or hold client domains or email, except while a Client is subscribed to the optional monthly plan.
• At handover, the website, domain and related accounts are set up in the Client's name and in the Client's own accounts. We may create them on the Client's behalf and hand over the login details; we recommend changing the passwords on receipt.
• After handover, the Client looks after its own accounts, domain, hosting and email, their renewals, and provider fees after the first year.

8. Ownership

• Once the full price is paid, the Client owns its content and the final website files.
• The Studio keeps ownership of its template code; the Client may use it for its own website permanently, but may not resell it or use it on other websites.
• The site may include a small “Designed by Alnaif Studio” credit in the footer, which we will remove if the Client asks.
• We show a Client's website in our portfolio only with the Client's permission.

9. Refunds and cancellation

• If an order is cancelled before work starts, we refund the deposit in full.
• Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable, and payments are not refundable after the site goes live.
• Domain fees are not refundable once the domain is registered, as they are paid to the registrar.

10. What we need from the Client

• Correct content, such as prices, opening hours and contact numbers, reviewed before launch.
• The right to use the content, logos and photos it sends us.
• Replies to our review requests within a reasonable time. If we receive no comments within seven (7) days of delivery, we treat the site as approved.

11. 3D models and outside services

• We use 3D models, fonts, images and tools under their licences, and may replace any of them with an equivalent when needed.
• Car models are for illustration only and do not imply any link with car makers. All trademarks belong to their owners.
• Outside services, such as domain, hosting and WhatsApp providers, have their own terms; we do not control their outages or prices.

12. Privacy

• We handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
• Contact details are used only to reply and to provide our services, and are never sold. Anyone may ask to access, correct or delete their data.
• We may use smart tools in design and messaging. No price or commitment is final until the Studio confirms it in writing.

13. Limitation of liability

• We work with care and skill, but cannot guarantee specific business results such as customer numbers or sales.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount the Client paid for the service concerned and does not cover indirect losses.
• We are not responsible for content provided by the Client, or for the domain, hosting or email after handover.

14. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we always aim to settle any disagreement amicably first; failing that, the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction.
• If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

15. Updates and contact

• We may update these terms from time to time and will publish them with their date on this page. Updates do not affect what was already agreed.
